Statistics: Russia’s wage arrears rise 11.3% in Nov to 3.9 bln rbl

MOSCOW, Dec 17 (PRIME) – Russia’s wage arrears rose 11.3% in November to 3.9 billion rubles as of December 1, excluding small businesses, the Federal State Statistics Service said Thursday.

Wage arrears due to the companies’ lack of money amounted to 3.818 billion rubles as of the beginning of December, and grew 11.3% in November.
